UR-Freak blev afsløret i november 2025 i et samarbejde med URWERK og bruger det nye UN-241-værk, baseret på UN-240. Diver Azure repræsenterer brandets dykkerure. Ulysse Nardin, grundlagt i Le Locle i 1846, har siden 2022 været ejet af Sowind Group SA gennem et management buyout.
